We want you to love what you order. Since every consignment piece is one-of-a-kind and we're a small, family-run shop, here's how shipping and returns work.
Shipping:
- $6.95 flat-rate US shipping, or free on orders over $100
- Orders ship within 24–48 hours
- Free local pickup available in Huntington, WV (select at checkout)
Before you order: Not sure about sizing or fit? Check our Sizing Guidelines or chat with us — we're happy to help you get it right the first time, especially for consignment pieces where sizing can run differently than expected.
Returns:
- Returns must be requested and postmarked within 14 days of your purchase date
- Items must be in new condition (tags attached, no odor, pet hair, or wear)
- Returns are eligible for store credit only, which you can use toward anything in our boutique or consignment collections — including new arrivals
- Final sale (not eligible for return): accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, and sale/clearance items
- Shipping charges, both original and return, are the customer's responsibility
